No show appointments are non-refundable and carry a 50% charge of the services scheduled.

Same day cancellations are non-refundable and are charged a cancelation fee of 25% of the service cost. All credit card transactions have a service fee of 3% that is added for all credit card transactions.  

A 20% Gratuities are added for all packages and of parties of two or more.
