Cancellation-Refund Policy-Other fees

 Our cancellation policy consists of the following:

 

​​If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We do not charge for a first time failed appointment. We understand situations come up. After your second failed appointment we will require full payment for any scheduled services and will be blocked from online scheduling. If you are scheduling for three or more services we will require a $40 deposit that is non-refundable if not given 24-hour notice to reschedule.

Our refund policy consists of the following:

We will always try our best to make sure our clients leave 100% satisfied and happy with their services. We do not offer refunds of any kind or returns on our retail products and services.

Processing fees: These are fees for processing credit card transactions. As a small business, this charge is to offset the charges by credit card companies.
